1. Hearing diagnostics
No referral is needed to visit our hearing diagnostics salon. An ENT specialist’s examination is performed on-site, followed by a comprehensive hearing test designed to assess your individual needs.
2. Consultation
If the tests indicate you need a hearing aid, we provide a personalized recommendation tailored to your specific type—conductive, sensorineural (nerve-related), or mixed hearing loss—and its severity: mild, moderate, severe, or residual hearing.
3. Hearing aid selection
Selecting the right hearing aid, fitting it expertly, and creating custom ear molds is essential. Everyone’s hearing needs are unique, so devices are carefully selected, designed, and programmed for each individual.
4. Trial period
You can take home one pair of our recommended devices for a 15-calendar-day trial, with no purchase obligation. We believe in paying only when you are fully satisfied and comfortable using and caring for the aids. Multiple devices can be tested, and adjustments are made until the fit is perfect. Often, the no-obligation trial extends beyond 15 days.
5. Aftercare
Our support continues long after purchase. We prioritize teaching you how to use and clean your hearing aid, troubleshoot any issues, and fine-tune adjustments.
6. Maintenance
To ensure longevity and optimal performance, hearing aids require regular maintenance. You can purchase batteries and cleaning tools from us, and we also offer specialized ultrasonic cleaning. We use a unique hearing aid analyzer to objectively assess performance or detect faults. Major repairs are handled by authorized brand service centers, while minor fixes (like mold shaping or tubing replacement) are done on-site, often immediately.
If your device is under service, we provide a loaner aid for just HUF 1,500/week per device, unlike many hearing centers.
